The Cream Profi brushed stainless steel cream whipper features a stainless valve and comes with two metal threaded decorator tips, a charger holder, a cleaning brush and recipe booklet. The one-quart bottle yields up to five times the amount of whipped cream for the amount of heavy cream that's put in and uses two cream chargers per bottle fill. The Cream Profi is non-insulated, so cooling equipment is required. This item is NSF certified, HACCP compliant, industrial dishwasher safe, and comes with a two year manufacturers warranty.
