Product Features Star's humidified cabinets are designed to deliver your "grab-n-go" products at the right temperature and texture every time. State of the art electronic controls provide accurate temperature and humidity control throughout the cabinet. LED temperature display for improved visibility from across the room. Six pre-programmed channels are factory preset, or easily select the specific temperature to fit your humidity requirements. Choose from three merchandising options:  pizza racks, pretzel racks and universal wire shelves. Temperature ranges from 70 F to 190 F to fit a variety of menu items. Large water reservoir for extended operation without refilling. Low water level sensing device alerts operator when water is low. Illuminated cabinet for better visibility and merchandising. Lighted on/off switch to ensure safe operation. Water drain for easy cleaning. Available in single door or pass through models. Construction:
Cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, tempered glass panels and doors with aluminum alloy corner post.  Chrome plated wire racks, lighted on/off switch, electric control to maintain accurate temperature and humidity control.  HFD2 Series come standard with NEMA 5-15P and HFD3 Series come standard with NEMA 5-20P.  Units come complete with a 6' lead-in cord.
