REFRIGERATION SYSTEM:

• Factory engineered self-contained, capillary tube system using environmentally friendly (CFC free) R404A refrigerant.

• Extra large evaporator coil balanced with higher horsepower compressor and large condenser; maintains -10°F (-23.3°C).

• Sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and larger fan blades give True merchandisers a superior low velocity, high volume airflow design. This unique design insures colder standard temperatures and faster recovery in high use situations.

• Bottom mounted condensing unit positioned for easy maintenance. “No stoop” lower shelf maximizes visibility by raising merchandised product to  higher level.

• Defrost system time-initiated, temperature-terminated. Saves energy consumption and provides shortest possible defrost cycle.

CABINET CONSTRUCTION:

• Durable and permanent non-peel or chip white vinyl exterior standard. Black, rosewood and walnut available at no charge. Stainless steel available at an extra charge.

• White aluminum interior cabinet liner with 300 series stainless steel floor. Construction of liner in accordance with NSF standards.

• Safety shielded fluorescent interior lighting. Integrated door light standard on GDM-23F and GDM-26F.

• Interior rear wall airflow guard and floor rack prevent frozen product from blocking optimal airflow (excludes GDM-5F- PT, GDM-7F).

DOORS:

• Energy efficient “Low-E” thermal glass. Doors extend full width of cabinet shell. Door gaskets of one piece construction.

• Adjustable, self closing, torsion type closure system with aluminum block supports. The face of each door fitted with a 12" long handle.

• Extruded aluminum door frames

INSULATION:

• Entire cabinet structure insulated using foamed-in-place CFC free
  polyurethane foam.

SHELVING:

• • Adjustable vinyl coated wire shelves included. Shelves capable of supporting up to 250 lbs.

• Full height shelf support pilasters, with double oblong holes on 1/2" centers. Pilasters made of the same material as cabinet interior. Four (4) chrome plated, stainless steel shelf clips to be included for each shelf.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Unit completely pre-wired at factory, and ready for final connection to a 115/60/1 phase - 15 amp dedicated outlet.  A cord and plug set to be included.

• A sole use circuit is required.
