● Self closing doors on cam lift hinges with 120 degree stay open feature for easy product loading.
● Snap in magnetic gaskets for a positive seal and easy removal for cleaning.
● Two inch CFC free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, for added strength and energy efficiency.
● Low energy consumption and operating cost based on independent test study.
● Front air breathing allows for built-in applications.  Some special precautions may apply.
● Insulated lids to ensure constant temperature and reduced energy consumption.
● Refrigerated pan opening provides even pan temperature with the exclusive "Cold Air Blanket™".
● Interior liner duct maintains airflow under food service pans and prevents food spillage from entering cabinet interior.
● Accommodates six inch deep food service pans, four inch deep polycarbonate pans included.
● Ten inch deep cutting board, standard.
● Adjustable epoxy coated steel wire shelves, standard (two per section).
● Six inch casters, two with brakes standard.
● Balanced refrigeration system operates at 36-38 degrees F for optimum food preservation with ambient temperature below 84 degrees F.
● Refrigeration system utilizes ozone friendly R134a refrigerant.
