Kitchen Supply Direct, Inc. is happy to supply equipment and
supplies to our customers around the world.
Due to differences in electrical supply any electrical
equipment manufactured for use in the United States may not work in other
countries. The United States electrical system uses power at various
voltages but all at a frequency of 60 Hertz. Many countries, including
several in Europe supply power at a frequency of 50 Hertz. Although we do
not list the parts on our website, many manufacturers to make
equipment available in a 50 Hertz model. We are happy to check with the
manufacturer when you make us aware ahead of time. It is the customers
responsibility to ensure compatibility prior to placing the order with us. Some manufacturers do not warrant products outside the US or Canada, and some charge an additional fee for warranty coverage outside of the US.
We are not authorized to resell some brands outside the
United States and Canada. We will
advise during order processing of other brands that may be limited for delivery
to your specific country. It is the consumers responsibility to advise us early in the ordering process of any equipment that is intended for use outside of the US.
We extend the manufacturers warranty to our customers for
all products we sell. It is the customers responsibility to understand the
manufacturers warranty for their country and ensure it meets their needs.
We ship small packages weighing less than 70 pounds each
using UPS, US Postal Service and/or BAX Global. We do not ship freight
outside the US and Canada. We encourage our customers to use an
International Freight Forwarder for freight deliveries to all other
destinations. We will ship freight for our International customers to the
location of a freight forwarder within the continental United States, typically
in a US port city. The customers freight forwarder is responsible for
delivery beyond this point. For customers that do not already have a
freight forwarder we recommend
http://www.freightnet.com as a resource to identify the best freight
forwarder to meet your needs. It is the customers responsibility to make
arrangements for delivery with and to pay the freight forwarder and any other
expense such as VAT taxes.
We do not guarantee return authorization for any items
sold outside the US and Canada. We will treat each request on it's
individual merits.
We accept credit cards with a billing address in the US,
US territories and Canada only. Orders outside of these areas can be paid
by wire transfer or US money order. All transactions are conducted in US
